The
Hungarian Vizsla is a working dog, but they do make excellent pets for the
right type of dog owner who is able to pay enough attention to their mental
and physical well being. Fortunately, the overwhelming majority of Vizsla
breeders care passionately about the welfare of their dogs and will vet carefully
the potential owners of the puppies from their litters. Not least amongst
these is Jackie Perkins and her Gardenway Vizslas. This is a web site for
Jackie and her outstanding dogs.
There are some pictures of her dogs at work and play. These include some of the champions she has bred and also her current dogs. There are short biographical notes about the dogs, Gardenway and, of course, Jackie herself. She is always delighted to deal with breeding queries.
As well as breeding and living with Vizslas, Jackie is a talented artist and there is a page showing some of her work. She is able to take commissions.
